Chapter Two: Into The Shadows
This week, we will dive into Nigredo phase of alchemy.
The 'dark night of the soul' (nigredo, or blackness, means putrefaction or decomposition); shadow work, represented putrefaction and spiritual death. Confrontation with the inner world, getting to the seed of the problem. This phase is where the deepest part of magic is done.

Chapter Three: Moonrise
This week, we will dive into Albedo phase of alchemy.
Through darkness, comes light. The second stage of alchemical process. Now that we’ve emerged from the darkness we can see the light / source of your life / calling. The goal of Albedo is to regain the original purity and receptivity of the soul. It is a phase where insight into shadow projections are realized, and inflated ego and unneeded conceptualizations are removed from the psyche.
Through darkness, comes light. The second stage of alchemical process. Now that we’ve emerged from the darkness we can see the light / source of your life / calling. The goal of Albedo is to regain the original purity and receptivity of the soul. It is a phase where insight into shadow projections are realized, and inflated ego and unneeded conceptualizations are removed from the psyche.
Albedo is said to symbolize when the sun rises at midnight. Symbolic of the light emerging from the darkness – change happens when we are in darkness, or dark places in our lives.

Chapter Four: The Solar Dawn
This week, we'll dive into the Citrinitas phase of alchemy.
The solar dawn or awakening, “transmutation of silver into gold” or “yellowing of the lunar consciousness”, In alchemical philosophy, citrinitas stood for the dawning of the “solar light” inherent in one’s being. The Self manifests itself in “wholeness,” a point in which a person discovers their true nature.

Chapter Five: Authentic Empowerment
This week, we will conclude our time together by diving into Rubedo phase of alchemy.
Once the inner light has been discovered, after the period of darkness, it must be made into the only reality in our consciousness - After having descended into the unconscious, into the darkness, into the underworld, we found the Light, we found the Spirit. Our conscious / attention needs to penetrate our soul / everything that is hidden in ourselves.
